Use at-home food remedies to alleviate the following:
Blemish, rash, burn: Apply tumeric paste to skin condition. Sore Throat: Swallow honey, cayenne, lemon combo. Toothache: Apply clove paste to gums. Bloat: Drink homeade sage tea 3x/day. Indigestion: Chew on ginger and sea salt right before a meal. Sprains: Wrap with a cold lettuce lined elastic bandage. UTI: Drink 100% cranberry juice. Headache: Apply a cold peppermint compress to forehead. Diarrhea: Cook rice, strain, drink leftover water. Bug Bites: Apply inside of banana peel to bite. IBS: Eat asparagus 2x/day. Stuffy Head: Snack on spicy salsa. Insomnia: Drink warm milk or get a sesame oil foot rub. MRSA: Spread on manuka honey and cover in plastic wrap. Sinusitis: Steam oregano, thyme, rosemary and inhale. Colds: Chew on garlic. Sadness: Make cinnamon tea. Etc...

Recipe of the Month: Prep Once, Eat Multiple Times

Fight off germs with a delicious, "natural antibiotic"...ginger/garlic sauce. Did I tell you these white plant foods can also lower blood pressure & cholesterol?

Step 1: Mince 1tbs each of garlic & fresh ginger
Step 2: Measure 1/2cup white miso, 1/4cup agave, 1/4cup soy sauce, 2tbs sesame oil
Step 3: Combine with 1 cup of water in the blender until smooth
Step 4: Eat immediately and/or store covered in fridge for up to one week
Step 5: Enjoy all week...

As a Side:
Prep in a ziploc with your favorite meat or fish or vegetable or tofu. Cook later.
